What are your hours?: Our studio is open by appointment ONLY.

Monday thru Friday from 9:00 until 3:00PM.
Where are you located?: Our studio is located in Lomas de Tecamachalco, Mexico City (CDMX).
Do you accept reservations?: YES! Our Newborn Session is booked 3 months in advance and our Maternity Session is about 1 month ahead of time, the same for Branding photoshoot.
How do I reserve a spot?: Send us a WhatsApp message, email or iMessage in advance to reserve a spot

What payment options do you accept?: We currently accept cash, bank deposit, Zelle and PayPal.
How long is the typical wait?: You should book your photoshoot 1 to 3 months in advance to guarantee a spot.
How do you deliver your pictures?: We will send you a link by email so you can VIEW all the pictures and select the ones for purchase. After that, we will send the selected pictures for editing and in 3 weeks you will receive your beautiful pictures by email, or printed if your package is included prints or USB.
